- Premium / Medium Detail: Includes everything from the Basic Detail, plus additional services like wheel cleaning, interior wipe-down with Refresh Scented Interior Detailer, and a more thorough cleaning of the exterior.
- Enterprise / Full Detail: The most comprehensive package, including everything from the Medium Detail, plus polishing, scratch removal, and a deep clean of both the interior and exterior. This is the ultimate service to restore your vehicle’s shine.
Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend making an appointment to ensure we have the time and resources available for your vehicle. We do NOT accept walk-ins. Appointments guarantee your service on your preferred date and time.
How long does a detail take?
- Standard: 1-2 hours
- Premium: 2-3 hours
- Enterprise: 4-6 hours, depending on the condition of the vehicle.
These times may vary based on the size and condition of your vehicle. We will give you a more accurate time estimate when you book your appointment.
Do you offer exterior-only or interior-only detailing?
Yes, we do! If you’re only interested in exterior or interior cleaning, we can tailor a package for you.
Can you remove scratches and swirl marks?
Yes, our Full Detail package includes paint correction and scratch removal. This process uses a specialized hand polishing technique to minimize or eliminate minor scratches and swirl marks, leaving your vehicle with a smooth and shiny finish.
Is your detailing safe for my car?
Absolutely! We use high-quality, vehicle-safe products and techniques to ensure your car is well-protected throughout the process. We are trained to handle all surfaces carefully to avoid any damage, and we prioritize using eco-friendly products that are safe for both your vehicle and the environment.
What types of products do you use for detailing?
We use premium products from trusted brands, such as Detail Ease & Shield, which are known for their performance and reliability. These products include pH-neutral shampoos, clay bars, tire cleaners, and upholstery cleaners. Rest assured, all of our products are safe for your vehicle.
Can you clean my engine bay?
Yes, we offer engine bay cleaning as part of our detailing services. We use safe, non-corrosive cleaners to remove dirt, grease, and grime from the engine bay, leaving it looking refreshed without damaging sensitive components.
How should I prepare my vehicle for detailing?
To help us deliver the best service, please remove any personal items from your vehicle. This includes items such as clothing, electronics, and valuables. If there are any areas you’d like special attention on (e.g., stubborn stains, scratches), feel free to mention them when you arrive, and we’ll focus on those areas during your service.
Do you offer mobile detailing?
At the moment, we do not offer mobile detailing. All services are performed at our location, but we do ensure that your vehicle is handled with the utmost care, and we are always ready to accommodate your schedule.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
We take pride in our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure that you’re satisfied with the results.
Can you remove pet hair from my car?
Yes, we can remove pet hair as part of our Medium or Full Detail packages. We use specialized tools to lift and remove pet hair from seats, carpets, and upholstery for a clean, hair-free finish.
How often should I get my car detailed?
We recommend detailing your vehicle at least once every 3-6 months to maintain its appearance and protect the paintwork. If you drive frequently in harsh conditions or want to keep your car looking like new, you may want to detail it more often.
